Now Hiring Full-Time Working Student, Groom or Assistant Manager
This is a perfect position for someone who wants to further their knowledge about dressage and riding skills, and learn how to run a successful small private training business.
Job requires tacking up, lunging, feeding, picking stalls and paddocks but not mucking, general barn manager duties to keep things organized, giving of meds as needed, going to horse shows, exercising horses as needed.
Compensation includes private room in shared housing, lessons on upper level horses, and stipend. Compensation depends on experience. Exercise riding opportunites depends on skills.
We have had several working students in the past ten years, all of whom have developed their riding skills to to and above third level, several have earned their bronze and silver medals as part of our team.
